| DESCRIPTION
CopyFaster makes Windows 2000 Explorer copy big files up to 185% faster
when copying to and from the same hard drive. CopyFaster does this by
causing less hard drive head seeking and by using uncached file access
to prevent wasted copying to and from the cache. Enable CopyFaster and
copy files in Windows 2000 Explorer normally by using the Edit menu, or
drag and drop, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
CopyFaster requires Windows 2000 and does not work with Windows 95,
Windows 98, or Windows NT 4.0.
INSTALLING/UPGRADING
Double-click the file called COPYFAST.MSI and follow the instructions.

WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 1.0 FINAL RELEASE (June 18, 2000)
* Beta testing completed. Version 1.0 is a non-beta final release.
WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 1.0 BETA 2 (May 31, 2000)
* CopyFaster now uses more of available memory for even faster copying
than previous versions.
* Added special same-disk detection to make high performance disk
access patterns occur more consistently. This fixes an issue where
CopyFaster would once in a while be as slow as Windows 2000 without
CopyFaster.
* When copying a big file and pressing Cancel, copying is cancelled much
faster without any long pause or extra hard drive activity.
* Progress updating occurs more often, which makes the Time Remaining
more realistic.
* Fixed some minor User Interface annoyances.
